DFAS Posts Tax Statement Schedule
The Defense Finance and Accounting Service has posted on its Web site a schedule for the release of 2010 tax statements such as W-2s, 1099Rs and 1099INTs via both its myPay online system and U.S. Mail.
Military service members, military retirees and annuitants, and federal civilian employees paid by DFAS will be able to get their statements online though myPayaccess at https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx. The first of the forms released, the Retiree Annual Statement, became available online Dec. 4, but will not be available via mail until the second half of the month.
